Scheduling
The best way to set up an initial appointment or phone consult is to call or email me.
You can also click the link below to access the client portal where you will create an account and can then book an appointment online.
I am happy to accommodate early morning appointments. Call or email to arrange a time.
Rates
My cost per 50 minute session is $150.
Insurance
I am in network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Optum, UMR, United, and Mines & Associates.
I can also provide you with an invoice (referred to as a “superbill” by insurance) to submit for out-of-network benefits. Please call your insurance provider to inquire.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment
All major credit cards accepted for payment at the time of service.
